Your property will be advertised on the UK’s biggest rental portals, including Rightmove, and sent out to our exclusive database of pre-qualified tenants and corporate clients.
3. Professional Photography and 360° Virtual Tours
High-quality marketing is essential. We organise professional photos, editing, and 360° virtual tours to ensure your property gets noticed and generates more viewing enquiries.
4. Viewings 6 Days a Week
Our trained lettings team will conduct in-person viewings six days a week. They know the details of your property and will highlight its best features to prospective tenants.
5. Comprehensive Tenant Referencing
We complete thorough tenant checks including:
- Credit check
- Employment verification
- Previous landlord reference

6. Legally Compliant Tenancy Agreement

- 62.5% + VAT (75% including VAT) of the first month’s rent.
- Minimum fee: £625 + VAT (£750 including VAT).
