We handle all rent collection and late payment chasing. In case of persistent arrears, we assist with legal processes and can guide you through eviction procedures if necessary.
How do you handle property maintenance?
We work with trusted local contractors. For fully managed properties, we coordinate and oversee repairs, keeping you informed. For let-only services, you manage maintenance directly.
Are you compliant with landlord legislation?
Yes. We ensure compliance with gas safety, EICR, EPC, Right to Rent checks, deposit protection, and more. We stay up to date with legislation so you don’t have to.

What documents do I need?
Typically, you’ll need:
Photo ID (passport or driving licence)
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
Proof of income or employment
Visa or residency documents (if applicable)
How is my deposit protected?
All tenant deposits are registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme. You will receive confirmation and prescribed information shortly after your tenancy starts.
What’s included in the rent?
Rent covers the cost of the property only unless otherwise stated. Utilities, council tax, internet, and other services are typically the tenant’s responsibility. Check the listing or ask us to confirm.
What if I need to report a maintenance issue?

Viewings & Tenancies
Can I view a property before applying?
Absolutely. We arrange flexible viewing times including evenings and weekends. We recommend viewing as soon as possible due to high demand.
How long is the tenancy agreement?
Most tenancy agreements are 12 months with a 6-month break clause, unless agreed otherwise. Short-term lets may be available on select properties.
Can I have pets?
This depends on the landlord’s policy. Let us know upfront if you have pets so we can match you with a pet-friendly property.
