Tenant fees (if any) are in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Landlord service charges will be set out clearly in our agency agreement.

Providing false or misleading information during this process may result in the rejection of your application and/or retention of holding deposits as permitted by law.
7. Holding Deposits
Where a holding deposit is paid, it will be held in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. The deposit may be retained if:
You withdraw from the tenancy
You provide misleading information
You fail a Right to Rent check
You fail to take reasonable steps to enter the tenancy agreement
