Step 3: Apply for the Property

Once you’ve chosen a home, we’ll guide you through the application process. This includes referencing, credit checks, and employment/income verification.

Step 4: Sign & Move In

If approved, we’ll provide a tenancy agreement, protect your deposit in a government-approved scheme, and arrange your move-in date.

Deposit Protection

Your deposit is always protected in line with UK law. We use a government-authorised scheme and provide you with full documentation within 30 days of your tenancy start. At the end of your tenancy, we conduct a fair and transparent check-out process based on the original inventory.

Can I decorate or make changes?

This depends on the landlord. Always ask permission before making alterations.

What’s included in the rent?

Rent usually covers the property only. Utilities, council tax, internet, and TV licences are usually paid separately by the tenant unless otherwise stated.

Can I have pets?

Some properties allow pets with landlord approval. Please let us know upfront so we can match you to the right home.

How much notice do I need to give to leave?

This will be outlined in your tenancy agreement, usually one full rental month. Contact us if unsure.
